A LOCAL LAW
Amending Chapter 135 of the Putnam County Code Entitled “Contractors” in its entirety which was adopted by the Putnam County Legislature on December 07, 2021, by Resolution #286.
This Local Law
Amends Chapter 135 of the Putnam County Code by providing language adding definitions and requirements for “appearance ticket” and “notice of charges”, clarified the process of issuing appearance tickets, and added additional language imposing existing insurance requirements.
