Residents can pay and/or view their tax bill online through a secured service provider by clicking the button below:  Citizen Self Service  and use the following accepted forms of payment.

*ONLINE AND MAIL IN PAYMENTS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AS COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING ACCESS WILL BE LIMITED*

    • VISA Debit Card payment with a $3.95 flat fee; all other Debit with a 2.50% fee of total tax
    • Credit Card payment with a 2.50% fee of total tax, (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted) with a minimum fee of $1.95
  • MAIL – Send in your payment made payable to: Commissioner of Finance, 40 Gleneida Ave. Carmel, NY 10512
  • Personal checks, Money orders and Bank checks accepted.

 

  • IN PERSON – BUILDING ACCESS WILL BE LIMITED TO APPOINTMENT ONLY– LONGER WAIT TIMES MAY OCCUR
    • A DROP OFF BOX WILL BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING FOR ALL CHECK PAYMENTS
    • CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
