PUTNAM COUNTY WELCOMES NEWEST CITIZENS PUTNAM COUNTY CLERK MICHAEL C. BARTOLOTTI SWEARS IN 27 NEW CITIZENS AT NATURALIZATION CEREMONY ON WEDNEDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2023 AT BUREAU OF EMERGENCY SERVICES
Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Bureau of Emergency Services. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 27 new citizens from 23 countries.
The Honorable Victor Grossman served as the officiating Supreme Court Judge and offered court remarks. American Legion Post 1080 advanced the colors, Brewster High School student, Arianna Arocho performed the Star-Spangled Banner and God Bless America. Putnam County Sheriff Kevin McConville led the prayer and Art Hanley, Deputy Director of Veterans Services of Putnam County led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Putnam County Executive Kevin Byrne did the welcoming remarks and Dominique Bethea from Donate Life NYS whose father was a kidney transplant recipient was the guest speaker.
