This Local Law amends and Revises Section 190-6 of the Putnam County Code, by outlining the types of individuals who shall be selected for membership on the Putnam County Plumbing and Mechanical Trades Board, specifically outlining who should be included to form a “representative group”.

This Local Law amends and Revises Chapter 55 of the Putnam County Code, by ensuring that no additional categories of confidential documents or records are created, but rather, provides sanctions and penalties for public officials who intentionally disclose any document or record which is made privileged or confidential by any State and/or Federal law.

REFUNDING BOND RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF PUTNAM, NEW YORK, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 3, 2019, AUTHORIZING THE REFUNDING OF CERTAIN OUTSTANDING SERIAL BONDS OF SAID COUNTY, STATING THE PLAN OF REFUNDING, APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,500,000 FOR SUCH PURPOSE, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $3,500,000 REFUNDING BONDS TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION, AND MAKING CERTAIN OTHER DETERMINATIONS RELATIVE THERETO.

Legal Notice – Public Hearing 09 03 19 – Agricultural District 8 Year Review

LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 25-AA of the Agriculture and Markets Law of the State of New York, Section 303-a, that the Putnam County Legislature will be holding a Public Hearing on the proposed continuation, modification, or termination of the Putnam County Agriculture District No. 1 created by Resolution #381 of 2003, and as modified by Resolution # 193 of 2011 and most recently by Resolution # 144 of 2019, as well as on the recommendations of the Putnam County Agriculture and Farmland Protection Board (“AFPB”).

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the recommendation of the AFPB is to include all current 157 parcels (5,113.9 acres), as specified in the attachment to the AFPB’s “Agricultural District #1 8-Year Review and Modification Report” to the Legislature dated July 23, 2019.
