PUTNAM COUNTY CLERK MICHAEL C. BARTOLOTTI SWEARS IN 40 NEW CITIZENS AT NATURALIZATION CEREMONY ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTMEBER 18, 2019 AT PUTNAM COUNTY HISTORIC COURTHOUSE

Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Putnam County Historic Courthouse, Carmel, New York. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 40 new citizens from 25 different countries.

The Naturalization Ceremony opened by the posting of the colors by American Legion Post 1080 Color Guard. The Hon. James T. Rooney Putnam County Judge, served as the officiating Supreme Court Justice and offered court remarks. The Hon. New York State Senator, Sue Serino, offered welcoming remarks. Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr. led the opening prayer. Mr. Kevin Cooke, Deputy Director of Putnam County Veterans Affairs, led the Pledge of Allegiance. Isabella Ciatto, a senior at Carmel High School, presented the gathering with beautiful renditions of the “Star Spangled Banner” and God Bless America.”

After the ceremony, a coffee and cake reception was held to welcome our newest citizens.

Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti will host a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Putnam County Historic Courthouse, 44 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel. At the ceremony, Clerk Bartolotti will administer the Oath of Allegiance to our new citizens.

The Color Guard of American Legion Post 1080 will open and retire the ceremony. The Honorable James T. Rooney will serve as the officiating Supreme Court Justice.
Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr. will lead the prayer. New York State Senator Sue Serino will offer welcoming remarks. County Clerk Bartolotti will administer the Oath of Allegiance to our new citizens. Janet Ocasio from Live On NY will be talking about organ donation and Kevin Cooke from Veterans Service Agency will lead all in the Pledge of Allegiance

Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the Putnam County Historic Courthouse, Carmel, New York. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 43 new citizens from 27 different countries.
The Naturalization Ceremony opened by the posting of the colors by American Legion Post 1080 Color Guard. The Honorable Christi Acker of the 9th Judicial District served as the officiating Supreme Court Justice and offered court remarks. Honorable Kevin Byrne, New York State Assemblyman, offered welcoming remarks. Putnam County Undersheriff Michael Corrigan led the opening prayer. Honorable Robert Tendy, Putnam County District Attorney, led the Pledge of Allegiance. Ms. Carolyn Robinson from the Transplant Support Team, was a guest speaker. Isabella Ciatto, a junior at Carmel High School, presented the gathering with beautiful renditions of the “Star Spangled Banner” and God Bless America.”
After the ceremony, a coffee and cake reception was held to welcome our newest citizens.
