Smith County Government Campus, 110 Old Route 6, Building 3, Carmel, New York
10512
The office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. in the summer.

Directions: From Mahopac/Carmel
Go East on Route 6 towards Brewster. Pass the Putnam Plaza. Pass
McDonalds, and go up the hill. You will see the Putnam Federal Credit
Union on your right; Make a right at the light onto Old Route 6. Turn
right into the Donald B. Smith County Government Campus. Go through the
gate and make a left, make your first right and park in the parking lot.
You will enter the building through the door that says Youth Services on the
sign.
