The County of Putnam is a member of the
Hudson Valley Municipal Purchasing Group (HVMPG)
Hudson Valley Municipal Purchasing Group
(HVMPG) is a group of municipal agencies in New York's Hudson
Valley Region that joined forces in March 2002, creating the
Regional Bid Notification System. The purpose of this system is
to centralize and streamline notification of bid and contract
opportunities for vendors.
Businesses can gain access to all Putnam
County bid opportunities and all HVMPG agencies' bid information
from a single website.
All vendors currently doing business with
Putnam and all new vendors are required to register on this new
system to gain access to bids, quotes, RFP, addendums and award
information.
We look forward to providing our vendors with
more bid information, less paperwork, and an easier way of doing
business with us. We look forward to your participation.
