The Fiscal Division is directly involved with all aspects of Highways & Facilities that can related to funding issues.  Annual operating and on-going capital projects budgets are prepared.  In additional to these, our office administers all major capital construction projects and most NYS pass-through road and bridge projects.  This involves working with Law, Finance, Auditing, Purchasing and Personnel at a County level and the Department of transportation, Emergency Management and Veterans Affairs at the State level.  we also work with the governor's Office for Small Cities and the Office of parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation in Albany and the federal Office of Housing and Urban Development in Washington D.C.

Our dedicated Fiscal Staff contributes greatly to keeping the department running smoothly.
