MISSION STATEMENT
To regulate, control, and review the licensing of Master, Special & Reciprocal.  To protect the life and property of Putnam County residents through the installation and repair of electrical wiring by persons with experience and training in the business of installing, altering or repairing wiring and appliances for electric light, heat power or signaling systems.
