  • EFFECTIVE JUNE 8, 2020, APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED SHOULD YOU WISH TO CONDUCT BUSINESS INSIDE OUR OFFICE.  CALL (845) 808-1617 TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND RECEIVE FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.  OUR OFFICE HAS A MAIL DROPBOX NEXT TO OUR FRONT DOOR WHERE YOU MAY LEAVE YOUR APPLICATIONS, AND ALL FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE “FORMS & APPLICATIONS DOWNLOAD” SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE.

  • IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW YORK STATE AND PUTNAM COUNTY POLICIES, A FACE MASK MUST BE WORN WHEN INSIDE THE OFFICE AND SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE MAINTAINED.  YOUR TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN BY A STAFF MEMBER BEFORE ENTERING THE OFFICE.  ANY TEMPERATURE RECORDED AT 100.4 DEGREES OR HIGHER WILL PREVENT ENTRANCE INTO THE OFFICE.  ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE OFFICE.

The Putnam County Home Improvement Board, a nine-member VOLUNTARY Board, is seeking applications for an open Board position.  Applicants for the position must be residents of Putnam County and must be able to commit to a minimum of one evening meeting per month.  The position does not require experience in the home improvement field.  Please submit resumé and letter of interest to:
